The founders of Jupiter-Gemini Consulting have one thing in common – they understand that business drives technology.  As professionals who have worked in corporate as well as consulting positions, we’re aware of the challenges your organization faces on a daily basis.  Many of our consultants have also owned or operated businesses and understand the implications of balancing capital expenditures over ensuring payroll is met on-time every time.  Our approach to solving your business problems is simple:

Assess – Identify the current business challenge you’re trying to address.  This includes understanding how the issue affects other business processes within your organization or your customer organizations.  This phase also evaluates all associated system integration challenges as well as risk assessment.

Plan – Based on our knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies, structure a customized solution to address your business challenge, often providing several options tailored to fit your budget.  The plan can be as simple as the addition of hardware of software or a more complex combination of technology and business process re-engineering.

Test – Seeing is believing as the old adage goes.  This step is where we work with our technology partners to demonstrate to you and your team that the solution we’ve developed will address the business problem we initially identified.  We also work with your business units to achieve end-user acceptance.

Implement – Moving from proof-of-concept to fully integrating the solution into your business.  We work with your business units to insure minimum impact to operations, process integration and structure end-user training if necessary.

Verify – After the project is completed our team will continue to work with our customers to verify that the solution implemented meets all requirements and metrics.  We’ll also fine tune configurations to drive additional efficiencies and work with our business partners to provide user feedback as well as report requested feature enhancements.
